The purpose of Student Life Organization Assistants are to help foster organization development as well as develop seasoned organization leaders as peer mentors. Through free programs, trained Org Assistants work with student organizations on addressing needs such as recruitment, retention, advertising, team building, funding, conflict management and transition. Org Assistants are "peers helping peers help themselves."
