Student Center Room Request
In order to request a room, you must first have an account with Student Centers. Attendance at a training session is required in order to receive an account. If you were unable to attend the training sessions you will need to view a presentation and fill out a quiz. In order to receive this presentation and quiz email Student Centers. Once you have completed the quiz accurately you will receive an email from Student Centers with account information. If for some reason you do not receive your account information in 2 business day, please email Student Centers. You must be a DePaul event planning representative of a Student Life recognized student organization in order to be eligible for an account.

Chartwells
All organizations must use Chartwells if having an event with food on campus. Student organizations have the option of using their no frills menu. Please visit http://www.depaulcatering.com for all of your catering needs.
For food donations, go to the Student Centers website under the "Event Policies" section to review the food donation policy and procedure.
