The Student Leadership Institute Office is located in Suite 302 of the Lincoln Park Student Center at 2250 North Sheffield Avenue.

The Institute also has office hours on the 11th floor of the DePaul Center at 1 E Jackson Blvd.

We encourage students, staff, faculty and community members to contact us with questions and to discuss how they might get involved with the SLI.

SLI Staff
Leadership Development Coordinators (LDC’s) assist in the organization and implementation of SLI’s major programs and are generally responsible for contributing to program development, presenting leadership development workshops, all marketing and outreach efforts as well as assisting with basic office management duties. Along with these responsibilities, LDC’s will specifically be charged with the responsibility of planning, organizing and assessing various initiatives within the department.

  • Track each scholar to make sure all requirements for the scholarship are met.
  • Coordinate the necessary documents and records to support the selection of new scholars.
  • Coordinate the logistics associated with orientations, quarterly and/or monthly meetings, and end of year socials with various scholar classes.
  • Support training components for the scholars.
  • Meet with scholars individually and/or in groups to support them as they work on special projects
