At the Beginning of Each Quarter:
- Make sure that PLuS has the most current contact information (phone, e-mail, etc) for you. If any of your information has changed, please e-mail the changes to PLuS.
- If your schedule changed in any way, contact PLuS and let us know. If you have not heard from PLuS about your weekly appointments, call or stop by PLuS the first week of classes.
- For the Independent Students, send an e-mail or leave a voice-message for the PLuS director to prepare your letters to the professors, and to discuss test proctoring, disclosure procedures, etc. Your letters will be ready the following day and you may pick them up from SC 370.
Exam Proctoring Procedures:
PLuS is serving more students every academic year and the 2005-2006 academic year set yet another record of students providing services to 216 students. To avoid delays in receiving services, make sure that:
- You review the exam proctoring procedures and call the PLuS Director if you have any questions
- You sign up on-line every time you need to take an exam at the PLuS Program
- You give to your professor the Exam Administration Information form which s/he will attach to the exam. You may provide a hard copy or e-mail the form to your professor.
If you fail to follow any of the exam proctoring procedures, PLuS cannot guarantee to proctor your exam at the day and time you want.
