Programs
The mission of the Orientation program at DePaul University is to provide programming and services to assist new students and their families in making a successful transition to the University community. Orientation is carefully designed to reflect the developmental needs of new students and to help prepare them for the many experiences they will encounter while at DePaul. Students are challenged to understand the value of a higher education and to gain a deeper appreciation for the unique mission and characteristics of DePaul. Premiere DePaul is a two-day summer orientation program specifically designed for traditional-aged, first-year students and their families. These orientation sessions aim to prepare students personally, academically, socially and spiritually for their new lives as members of the DePaul community. with the two-day Premiere DePaul orientation program for students. Transition DePaul
Transition DePaul is an orientation program specifically designed for our incoming transfer and adult students. During the one-day program, students have the opportunity to meet with an academic advisor, register for academic courses, learn more about student life on DePaul's campuses, and receive information about university opportunities and resources, including the Career Center and internships.
