Terms and Conditions

In an effort to provide support to males of color at DePaul University, OMSA is committed to providing academic assistance through our Academic Progress Reports and Reaching for Academic Progress processes (R.A.P. Sessions). These consist of the monitoring of your progress at each midterm period and at the end of each quarter along with the potential scheduling of a R.A.P. Session. R.A.P. Sessions provide students an opportunity to connect with an OMSA staff member to discuss their academic progress.

I understand that as part of the Male of Color Initiative, the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs will request information from my professors regarding my academic progress. I also authorize the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs to access my grades quarterly during the 2008-09 school year for the purpose of academic progress dialogues and retention research.
