Professors filing Midterm Progress reports, please log in using login name/password provided.

The mission of the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) is to assist the DePaul University community in its efforts of retaining students of color. Thus, at each mid-term point, we encourage professors to complete Midterm Progress Reports for each of the students participating in STARS (both participants and peer mentors) and those students awarded the Monsignor Egan Scholarship.

The submission of this information will allow the office to identify a mid-term academic profile and ensure personalized follow-up for each student. We also encourage professors to share any additional relevant information with respect to the student listed on the form, or any other student you deem may benefit from this assistance. All submitted information will be treated with strict confidentiality, and will only serve to assist the student(s). OMSA, however, does intend to share this information with the student, unless this presents any concerns. If so, please let me know in advance and OMSA will proceed accordingly.
