Family Weekend 2009 Registration Form
Registration is required for admission to Family Weekend events.

We appreciate your advanced registration as it aids in our planning.  Payment must be included with your registration, and REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED.  We invite all guests to register by the priority deadline, Thursday, October 1, 2009.  If you send in your completed registration form by October 1, you will be entered into a drawing to win tickets to a Saturday Blue Demon Men’s basketball home game. 

A Word about our Costs:
Putting on a weekend of events for hundreds of families in an enormous and expensive task. Your registration fee offsets a small fraction of the cost of security, staff, facilities, trolley service, printed materials, etc... In addition, the registration fee offsets the costs for the food and beverages provided at the Welcome Reception, and Presidents Brunch. Please be sure you get the most out of the weekend and join us for these wonderful events! We make every effort to keep the fees low so that many people as possible can enjoy a weekend with their families at DePaul University. Unless otherwise noted, your registration fee permits you to attend any events and programs listed on the Family Weekend calendar at no additional charge.

Why Registration is so Important:
In order to attend Family Weekend activities, you MUST complete the attached registration form and return it to the Office of Academic Enhancement, preferably by the priority deadline of October 1! Caterers and academic departments require head counts. If you do not pre-register, there is a chance there will not be room for at the events you wish to attend. We do not want to turn anyone away, so please register early!

How to Register:

There is a $30 registration fee per guest (there is no cost for your DePaul student or for children under the age of 10).  You may register after this date; however, the registration cost will increase to $35 per guest. 

You may register online using a credit card, or you may mail in your registration form with a check or credit card number.  Please make checks payable to DePaul University.  Please note: a convenience charge will be assessed for all credit card payments.
