Residence Hall Judicial Board

"The purpose of this Judicial Board is to serve as a hearing body for residential students within the disciplinary process of DePaul University and uphold the policies of DePaul University. In executing its duties, this board will protect the interests of the campus community as well as the rights of the students. The Judicial Board will regard each student as an individual deserving attention, consideration, and respect." (Article II of the Judicial Board Constitution)


University Judicial Board

University Judicial Board is made up of one faculty member, one staff member and one student as identified by each governing body. They represent the community in responding to allegations of violations of the Code of Student Responsibility.

Appeal Process
